【重要】JGRADの運用終了について（令和８年２月17日掲載）
文部科学省 科学技術・学術政策研究所（NISTEP）は、博士人材のキャリアパスの把握を目的としたシステムとして、「博士人材データベース（Japan Graduates Database: JGRAD）」の運用を行っていましたが、博士人材に関する追跡調査手法全体の見直しを進める中で、現行のデータベース型での運用形態を終了することを決定しました。
今後のスケジュールは以下のとおりです。
• 新規登録の最終日：令和8年2月16日（月）
• 既登録者による情報変更作業の終了日：令和8年3月31日（火） 18:00
• JGRADの完全なシステム終了：令和8年度中

JGRAD（博士人材データベースとは） / What is JGRAD (Japan Graduates Database)?
「JGRAD（博士人材データベース）」は、博士人材がより一層社会で活躍するための様々な政策立案に役立てるため、文部科学省 科学技術・学術政策研究所（NISTEP）が、社会における博士人材の活躍状況やキャリアパスを追跡する事を目的としたデータベースです。博士の皆様一人ひとりから提供いただく情報により構築されます。本学も、2016年度より参加しています。
Japan Graduates Database (JGRAD) is the national database operated by the National Institute of Science and Technology Policy (NISTEP) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), aiming to track the activities and career paths of doctoral graduates in order to contribute to the policy-making process of higher education and human resources development. This database is constructed from the information provided by each of the doctoral graduates registered on the Database. Tokyo Metropolitan University has also participated since 2016.

登録された個人情報は、東京都個人情報保護に関する条例及び文部科学省 科学技術・学術政策研究所（NISTEP）の個人情報の取扱いに基づき厳重に管理します。
Personal information registered on JGRAD shall be handled securely and carefully in accordance with Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Information and NISTEP Treatment of Personal Information.
